Meet the Staff
Sherri, RDH
Welcome to the office! I work closely with Dr. Heiber, providing patient care as a registered dental hygienist and keeping the schedule on time as the office manager. After 28 years of working together with Dr. Heiber, I still get excited every day to come to the office. I love children and teenagers and have such a great time interacting with the kids, hearing about their lives, challenges, fears, and accomplishments. Watching them grow up is so fulfilling! When you are a patient in our office, you become family as well.
My husband, Dennis and I have two children, Brian and Amy, two dogs named Bailey and Ares, one grandson and another on the way! I enjoy spending time gardening, reading, watching Buckeye and Steelers football, and NCAA March Madness. I'm an ESPN junkie!
Abby
I assist Dr. Heiber chairside, getting patients ready for their braces and changing the color ties of the braces. I like to make sure my patients are comfortable and understand what’s happening at their appointments. I had braces and I want patients to know I do know what they are going through and that it will all be worth it.
My husband, Jason, and I have a daughter, Madison, and a son, Parker. We also have a dog named Chip. In my free time I enjoy watching movies, shopping, vacationing at the beach, and spending time with my family and friends.
Amy
As our diagnostic records tech, I take new exam photos, gather all patient records, pour models, and make appliances. I usually spend a lot of time with our new patients, so I like to talk with them and explain how great it is to have braces! A visit in our office is not for braces only. It’s family fun time! We deliver exquisite care while having a fun visit with the whole family.
My husband, Jim, and I have three sons , Aaron, Will, and Nate, a daughter, Jessie and two grandchildren, Hunter and Lucas. When I’m not in the office I enjoy reading and gardening.
Deb
I coordinate the scheduling of all patient appointments, submit insurance claims, and handle patient accounts. I love meeting new patients and making current patients comfortable as they come in the door. The kids have so much fun here so the day is always filled with happy kids! Working here is like being with family every day. We get to have fun together and have a good time with all the patients. It’s wonderful to work with friends.
I am married to my husband, Pat, and we have two sons, Matt and Bryan, two dogs, two cats, three birds, and one fish. In my free time I enjoy gardening, all kinds of arts and crafts, and hanging out with my boys and my pets.
Lisa
I assist Dr. Heiber during procedures and take X-rays and photographs. I always try to make each patient as comfortable as possible. There is never a dull moment here! I love all the kids and it is fun meeting new people every day. Seeing the results that Dr. Heiber achieves and how our patients’ lives have changed is so rewarding.
My husband, Brian, and I have two daughters, Kendyl and Mayci. We camp a lot and I have a great time scrapbooking. I also LOVE to shop!
Michelle
As our clinical coordinator, I am responsible for the ordering for the office, assisting Dr. Heiber in the clinical area, and making sure all appliances are ready for our patients. I love to interact with our patients, learning about their hobbies and interests, and putting them at ease when they’re in our office. The best part of my day is seeing a new, beautiful smile!
I’ve been married to Don for more than 30 years and we have three grown children, Trissa, Andrew, and Donald. We’ve also been blessed with five grandchildren, Kynlee, Rylen, Isaiah, Gracie and Carly. Watching the grandkids is the best! I also enjoy working in the garden and playing Bejeweled, fishing with my husband, and watching the Cincinnati Reds and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Nancy
As our treatment coordinator, I assist Dr. Heiber with exams, explain treatment plans and financial options, and help patients get started with treatment. I communicate with your family dentist and keep everyone updated on your treatment. My favorite part of my job is meeting new people every day. We have a unique office and staff members that create an environment that is fun and exciting!
I am married to my husband, Dave. Our son, David, and his wife, Julie, have two children, our daughter, Amanda, and her husband have a son, and our daughter, Melanie, and her husband have a daughter. I enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time with my family.
