 Administrative Staff  Tammy Herring, Appointments Coordinator, will make you feel comfortable from your initial phone call to our office. Her goal is to complete your orthodontic care with as little impact on your schedule as possible. Nancy Turner is our Treatment Coordinator. She meets with patients at their initial appointments, explains the treatment that Dr. Heiber is recommending to them, explains our office's financial arrangement options, sets up appointments to get treatment started, and takes care of contacting your family dentist. Jackye Geczi, Financial Coordinator, will help clarify your specific orthodontic concerns, as well as present various payment options to meet your needs.
 Led by Registered Dental Hygienist Sherri Agosta, our orthodontic assistants are highly skilled in performing many detailed and technical procedures to aid the doctor in moving your teeth into the proper alignment. They pride themselves in their knowledge of orthodontics and their communication skills. They will help motivate you to achieve your goal of a beautiful smile. Our staff are Sherri Agosta, Registered Dental Hygienist; Abby Effinger, Certified Orthodontic Assistant; Michelle French, Certified Dental Assistant; Lisa Shilling, Certified Orthodontic Assistant and Mindy Rose, Clinical Assistant. Our Records Technician Amy Brandt will make you feel very comfortable and at ease at your first visit to our office. She is responsible for obtaining important diagnostic information that will help the doctor develop your treatment plan.
